Application of Knowledge Management in College Experimental Teaching

知识经济时代的核心是科技,关键因素是人才,经济的增长主要取决于知识和信息的运用与创新,对于知识密集型组织,知识管理是信息时代的有力武器。而高校实验室,学术界却很少就其知识管理的实施进行探讨,因此,本文从内涵出发,论述知识管理在高校实验教学中的应用。

The core of knowledge economy era is science and technology, while the key factor is the talent. The growth of Economic depends primarily on the information and knowledge innovation. Knowledge Management is a powerful weapon in information era for Knowledge - intensive organizations. However, in college laboratory, only a few academic discussion of Knowledge Management were done. Starting from the connotation, this paper discusses the application of knowledge management in college experimental teaching.
