Quality of commodities and food safety are closely connected with people’s health, which are also a common topic concerned by all consumers, furthermore, food safety is closely connected with nation’s reputation and image. At the central economic working conference held at the end of 2008, Chinese government decided that this year should be the year of Quality and Safety Year. At present, this action has been launched.
