摘要
目的研究复方祛风缓释片释放度及释药规律。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定复方祛风缓释片中黄芪皂苷和青藤碱的释放度,并进行释药规律的研究。结果黄芪皂苷测定波长为560nm,在22μg-110μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);青藤碱测定波长为262nm,在41.3μg-826.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。两者体外释放特性均符合Higuchi模式。结论复方祛风缓释片释药机理是扩散和骨架溶蚀协同作用,而非单纯Fick扩散。
Objective To investigate the determination method of the Compound Qufeng sustained - release tablets in vitro and study the releasing mechanism. Method The release rate of the Compound Qufeng sustained - release tablets was determined by UV spectrop Hotometry,and the release regularity was studied. Results 56Ohm wavelength was selected,which was in good linearity in the range of22μ - 110 μg for astragalus saponin (r = 0. 9998). A good linear range of sinomenine was 41.3μg - 826.0μg in 262nm (r = 0. 9999). Both release characteristics were accorded with Higuchi mode. Conclusiorl The releasing mechanisms of Compound Qufeng sustained - release tablets is synergistic effects of drug diffusion and matrix corrosion other than the simple Fick diffusion.
