摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定胃痛平胶囊中原阿片碱含量。方法采用Inertsil ODS-3C185μm(150mm×4.6mm)柱,以甲醇-水-三乙胺(60∶40∶0.2)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为290nm。结果原阿片碱在0.0908μg-0.908μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.99993(n=6),平均回收率为97.33%,RSD为1.25%。结论该方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠。
Objective To determine protopine in Weitongping capsules by RP - HPLC. Methods Using Inertsil ODS -3C18 5μm（ 150mm × 4.6mm） column, Methanol - water - triethylamine （60：40 ： 0.2） as mobilephase. The flow rate was 1 mL .min - （ - 1 ）, the detection wavelength was 29Ohm. Results The calibration curve was linearin the range of O. 0908 - 0.908μg for protopine（ r = 0. 99993）. The average recovery （ n = 9） was 97.33 %, and RSD was 1.25 %. ConclusionThe method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
