摘要 通过分析教育行动研究的内涵,结合教育行动研究对教师专业发展的影响和作用,阐明教育行动研究是推动教师专业化发展的有效途径和方法。 Based on the analysis of the essence for educational action research, together with the impact and effect that educational action research contributes to teacher professional development, this article elaborated that action research is the effective approach to improve the development of teacher profession.
