摘要
针对传统单晶硅直流加热电源的缺点,介绍了一种采用AVR单片机和UCC3895设计的大功率移相全桥软开关电源,给出了主电路的拓扑结构,分析了变换器的工作原理及控制系统的设计方法。采用ATmega64作为核心控制芯片实现了电源输出功率的数字PI调节,并研制了一台135kW,26kHz的样机。实验结果表明,该电路工作稳定,实用价值高,与传统的晶闸管相控整流电源相比,具有体积小、效率高、成本低等优点。
Aiming at the disadvantages of the conventional single crystal silicon DC heating power supply, a high-power full-bridge phase-shifted soft-switching DC supply based on AVR IC and UCC3895 is introduced.The main circuit topology is provided, the converter principle and the control systerm design are analyzed.The digital PI regulation of the output pow- er is realized by using the core chip Atmega64.The experimental results show that this circuit has stable operation and practical value, moreover,it costs low with high efficiency and small volume comparing with traditional thyristor phase-con- trolled rectifier power supply.Practical experimental waveforms and efficiency contrast curves are given.
