用表面镀膜动态测量系统研究表面热电偶的工艺特性

摘要 借助于一种表面镀膜动态测量系统,实测了不同头部结构及膜材的表面热电偶的R—δ关系曲线,并得出了评价表面热电偶优劣的若干结论。 By means of a dynamical filming measuring system specially designed for studying the relationship between filming thickness and its electric resistance of surface thermocouple, this paper measured the R—δ function and got some conclusions refering to judge the advantages and disadvantages of surface thermocouple.
