摘要
基于太阳能电池的单二极管等效电路,分析了太阳能电池的工程简化模型,根据厂家提供的标准测试条件下的4个参数,给出了两种详细的模型参数求取方法。针对这两种方法,采用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件分别建立了仿真模型,最后将仿真结果与实际太阳电池阵列的测量结果进行了比较。仿真和实验结果表明,利用这两种模型参数确定方法,单二极管等效电路模型能够较准确地模拟太阳能电池随光照和环境温度变化的输出伏安特性,误差一般都在6%以内,可以满足绝大多数工程应用的精度要求。
Based on the single diode equivalent circuit of solar cells,this paper analyses the engineering simplified model of solar celts.According to the four parameters under the standard test conditions provided by the manufacturers,two parameter solution methods are given.Simulation models under Matlab/Simulink based on the two methods are built respectively,then the comparison between experimental datas and simulative datas is done.Simulation and experimental results show that in the two methods,the model is able to demonstrate the cell's output I-V characteristics when irradiance and temperature environment change, and the error is less than 6%.Therefore, the model's accuracy is sufficient for most practical engineering cases.
