摘要
研究了家用数字光伏并网逆变电源,以追求体积小、效率高、精度大、方便实用为目的。采用了DC-HFAC-DC-LFAC三级功率传输架构。直流DC/DC变换器采用内高频环技术,既实现了电气隔离又大大减小了装置体积。主功率回路采用三相四桥臂结构,满足了电网负载的不平衡性。主控芯片采用TMS320F2812,电路中的功能尽量数字化实现,既控制了电路体积,又大大提高了系统的安全性与可靠性。结合所选电路结构与SVPWM等先进算法,制作了样机并对输出波形进行了详细分析,结果证明该装置的体积小、电压利用率高、稳定可靠、成本低,具有一定的创新性和广阔的应用前景。
The digital grid-connected photovohaic inverter for home application is researched and designed,to pursue the smaller volume ,the higher efficiency,the bigger precision and the convenience.In the inverter,three power transmitting structures DC-HFAC-DC-LFAC are designed.The DC/DC converter is designed based on the high frequency link,which makes the inverter insolated between the DC/DC converter and the DC/AC inverter,and makes the converter much smaller. The three-phase inverter with four bridge legs is used for the loads unbalanced in the inverter.Because of the TMS320F2812,the system can live up to the digitalization,the smaller volume,the higher security and dependability.A sample is made, and experimental results show that the system has the features of smaller volume, higher efficiency, nice stabilization, low cost, innovatory, and far and wide foreground.
