摘要
针对75kW直线感应电动机控制系统的需要,设计了一种采用UC3842集成芯片实现的多路输出单端反激式IGBT驱动电源,给系统控制板以及IGBT驱动电路供电。重点论述了开关电源的电路设计及高频变压器的设计,根据设计要求给出了具体设计步骤、电路参数,以及实际的纹波波形。实验结果表明,该电源的可靠性高、稳定性好、输出纹波小,能够适应电网电压10%和负载20%的波动。
A single-end flyback switching converter with multiplexed output is designed to feed the induction motor (LIM) control system.The power supplies the control board and the IGBT drive circuits.The paper emphasizes on switching power circuit design and high-frequency transformer design.According to the design purpose, the design process and the practical parameter of the circuit are introduced, the slope voltage is also given.Testified by the experiment, this power supplying for IGBT drive has lower ripple,outstanding reliability and stability.It can aslo accommodate to the fluctuate of the electric network for 10% and 20%.
