摘要
用激光激发的拉曼光谱和荧光光谱(PL)对物质分子的组成与结构的分析是很灵敏的。本文采用激光拉曼光谱和荧光光谱分析方法对灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum(Curtis)P.Karst.)的特性进行表征与研究,特别是对不同地区生长的灵芝菌肉及菌管的发育状况进行比较、并进行对应的光谱表征比较研究,给出一些有价值的结果。这种光谱分析方法具有特征性强、取样量小且简便迅速等特点,对各种灵芝特性的鉴别和经济价值的确认具有重要的意义。
It is effective to analyze the composition and structure of various materials by using Raman spectra and PL spectra. In the paper the characteristics of C, anoderma lucidum have been studied by using Raman spectra and PL spectra. The growth status and the spectroscopic characterization of context and tubes of G. lucidum in different regions have been studied, and some valuable results have been obtained. The method to study C, anoderma lucidum is very fast, simple and reliable. It is significant to distinguish characteristics of G. lucidum and to confirm its eco- nomic value.
