摘要 该文提出一个红外测温仪的性能指标,它是判断测温仪调制系统优劣的综合指标。借助于平行光管,测温仪的焦面被扇形调制盘调制,经探测器接收,然后测量输出信号的频谱。上述综合性能指标,能从所测频谱中计算而得,它是由扇形调制盘等宽精度及扫描园的同心度等因素决定。 In this paper, specifications of performance for IR temperature measurement meter are presented.This is a synthetic criterion for modulator system.By means of parallel optical bench,focal plane of meter is modulated by sectored reticle,after sensor tested ,spectrum of output singnal are measured,the specifications of performance can be exactly derived from measuring the spectrum.It has a strict demand on the precision of width of the sectored reticle,the concentricity of scanning circle and other elements.
