摘要
介绍了三相三电平二极管中点钳位型PWM整流器电路拓扑。详细分析了空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的基本原理,针对传统的复杂SVPWM算法,分析了一种基于g-h坐标系的简化SVPWM算法。这种方法在矢量选取和作用时间计算方面进行了简化,避免了大量三角函数的运算,可以应用到三电平及多电平SVPWM算法中。最后在Matlab仿真环境中建立了三相三电平PWM整流器的电压定向控制系统(VOC)的仿真模型,对三电平g-h坐标系SVPWM算法进行了仿真研究,仿真结果验证了该算法的有效性。
The topology of three-phase three-level neutral-point-clamped PWM rectifier was presented. The basic principle of space voltage pulse width modulation was analyzed, and the algorithm based on g-h coordinates was proposed. The algorithm simplified vectors selecting and function time calculating. No trigonometric function computing is needed compared to the traditional SVPWM algorithm. It can be applied in three-level and multi-level SVPWM algorithm. Finally, the simulation of voltage oriented control (VOC) system for threephase three-level voltage-source PWM rectifier is set up. Simulation results prove the validity of the algorithm.
