环甲膜切开术在救治合并颈部烧伤的吸入性损伤中的应用

The Application of Cricothyrotomy in Treating Inhatation Injury with Neck Burns

目的:分析环甲膜切开术在救治合并颈部深度烧伤的吸入性损伤中的应用价值。方法:29例患者中5例采用常规气管切开术,24例采用环甲膜切开术。结果:4例行常规气管切开术者,因术中操作困难改行环甲膜切开术。1例行常规气管切开术者术后反复脱管改行环甲膜切开术。24例行环甲膜切开术者无1例并发症出现。结论:环甲膜切开术应用于合并颈部深度烧伤的吸入性损伤患者,具有手术操作简捷,安全性高及术后不易脱管等优点。

Objective： To analyze the clinical value of cricothyrotomy in treating inhatation injury with neck deep bums. Method： In total 29 patients, 24 patients was treated with cricothyrotomy and 5 others with tracheotomy. Result： 5 patients with tracheotomy had to change operation method to cricothyrotomy. 24 patients treated with cricothyrotomy had not complication. Conclusion： Cricothyrotomy is an effective method in treating inhatation injury with neck deep bums.
