马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征疗效观察

The Efficacy and Safety of Trimebutine Maleate in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:观察马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:观察60例IBS患者,应用马来酸曲美布汀200mg口服,每日3次,疗程4周。观察治疗前后症状变化。结果:马来酸曲美布汀对腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、便秘的有效率分别为48/56、44/46、32/45、5/6,总有效率为83.4%。无明显不良反应。结论:马来酸曲美布汀是治疗IBS的一个安全有效的药物。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of trimebutine maleate in the treatment of the patients with irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Method： Sixty patients with IBS were given trimebutine maleate 200rag three times a day for four weeks. At the end of treatment,the symptomatic relief was determined. Result： The response rate of the symptomatic relief of abdominal pain in the patients with IBS was 85.7% （48/56） , of abdominal distention was 95.7% （44/46） , of diarrhea was 71.1% （32/45） , and of constipation was 83.3% （5/6） respectively. The total effective rate was 83.4%. No adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion： Trimebutine maleate is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of IBS.
