摘要
目的:观察窄谱UVB联合小剂量伊曲康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例患者随机分成两组,试验组52例给予局部照射窄谱UVB,每周2次,连续4周,同时口服伊曲康唑100mg,每日1次,连服4周;对照组46例口服伊曲康唑200mg,每天1次,连服4周。结果:治疗后2周,试验组和对照组的治愈率分别为53.85%、58.70%,有效率分别为90.38%、93.48%,两组差异无统计学意义。结论:窄谱UVB联合小剂量伊曲康唑治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎可以产生协同作用,减少用药剂量。
Objective： To observe the effect of narrow - band UVB with low - dose of itraconazole on malassezia folliculitis. Method： 98 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The study group of 52 cases were shotted with NB - UVB twice a week for 4 weeks, and received oral itraconazole （ 100mg, qd） for 4 weeks. The control group of 46 cases were received oral itraconazole（200mg, qd） for 4 weeks. Result： The cure rates of the study group and the control group was 53.85% and 58.70% respectively. And effective rate was 90.38% and 93.48%. There was no statistical difference between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of NB - UVB and low - dose of Itraconazole on malassezia folliculitis can enhance the efficacy and take lower daily dosage.
