心理干预对胸腰椎压缩性骨折伴脊髓损伤患者疗效的影响

Effect of Psychological Intervention on the Patients with Compression Fracture of Thoracolumbar Vertebra and Injury of Spinal Cord

目的:探讨心理干预对胸腰椎压缩性骨折伴脊髓损伤患者疗效的影响。方法:将确诊为胸腰椎压缩性骨折伴脊髓损伤并行保守治疗的患者随机分为心理干预组和对照组。对照组采用常规综合治疗;心理干预组在采用常规综合治疗的基础上加用心理护理干预。治疗前后对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗后对照组病例脊髓功能恢复程度低,而心理干预组病例脊髓功能恢复程度较高,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能显著提高胸腰椎压缩性骨折伴脊髓损伤患者的治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the effect of the psychological intervention on the patients with compression fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra and injury of spinal cord. Method： The study design was a randomized, controlled trial. Patients with compression fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra and injury of spinal cord were divided into psychological intervention group and control group. Conventional treatments were adopted in control group and psychological intervention were adopted in the psychological intervention group on the basis of conventional treatments. Before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy was compared in two groups. Result： The spinal cord functional recovery was poor in the patients within control group but good in those within psychological intervention group. There were statistically significant differences in outcome in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention is effective in the patients with compression fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra and injury of spinal cord.
