摘要
目的:探讨心理护理在产程中的实用性。方法:通过对单胎、初产50例对照组和观察组的不同护理进行比较。结果:观察组妇女顺产率明显上升,剖宫产率、新生儿窒息等显著降低。结论:产妇在产程中实行心理护理,能够使产妇心身得到满足,与医务人员密切配合,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,从而提高产科质量。
Objective： To investigate the psychological nursing in the practical stage of labor. Method ： Through a single child,50 cases of the early production of the control group and observation group to compare the different care. Result： Women shun yield a marked increase in cesarean section rate,neonatal asphyxia, such as significantly lower. Conclusion： Maternal production process at the implementation of psychological care,maternal physical and mental can be satisfied with the medical staff work closely with jjl view to shortenm. g the production process,reduce the cesarean section rate,thereby enhancing the quality of obstetric.
