摘要
实验研究了碳对不锈钢熔炼过程渣中氧化物FeO、MnO和Cr2O3的还原行为,结果表明:当碳含量为2%时,渣中FeO和MnO分别可以下降到2%和1%左右,Cr2O3则可以下降到4%。并计算了碳素溶解于不锈钢钢液中,对碳-铬氧化转化温度的影响,以及碳素被气体氧和溶解氧所氧化的行为。
The behaviors of reduction of carbon to FeO, MnO and Cr2O2 in stainless steel slag were studied by experiments. It was concluded that FeO can be less than 2 %, MnO be less than 1% and Cr2O2 be less than 4 % in the stainless steel slag when carbon be 2 %. The effect of carbon dissolved in stainless steel on translation temperature of oxidation between carbon and chromium and the behavior of carbon oxidized by oxygen in the form of gas and dissolution were calculated.
