摘要
通过对产品性能要求进行分析,确定压缩机灰铸铁件的实际元素和化学成分范围。通过计算,预测了材质的力学性能。采用均衡凝固技术设计浇注和补缩系统,进行实际浇注。结果表明,所设计的化学成分满足了产品的力学性能(特别是杨氏模量)和耐水压致密性要求。
Actal element constitution and composition of grevy iron castings of Die cast machine were determined through analysis on the properties of products. The mechanical properties on the materials can be prechicted by numerical calculation. The real pouring techniques can be performed by the combination use of proportional solidification technology and feeding system. The results show that the designed composition can meet the demards of mechanical properties, especially the Yong's moduhes, and water resistemce pressure dersity.
