摘要
结合壳型薄壁铝合金铸件的特点,对电磁低压铸造设备的工作原理进行了分析和实验研究,提出适用于电磁泵的间接式工艺控制工艺方案,成功铸造了某罩壳,铸件成品率明显优于气压式低压铸造方法,证明该方案完全适用于电磁低压铸造技术。
Based on the features of a thin-wall aluminum alloy casting of shell, the principles of electromagnetic low-pressure casting machine were analyzed, and the process parameters were also fixed by experiment. The indirect control process applied for electromagnetic pump was proposed, and a kind of shell was put into foundry successfully, the rate of finished products of castings by electromagnetic low-pressure cast was higher than that by normal low-pressure casting. It proved that the control program was quite suitable for the electromagnetic low-pressure casting.
