摘要
基于流体力学基本方程和有限差分法,利用三维铸造模拟软件Viewcast,通过实验和数值模拟相结合的方法,对重力铸造中底注式、顶注式及中间式三种不同浇注方式的浇注速度进行了研究。通过数值模拟分析,得出了适于三种浇注方式下的浇注速度。分别为,底注式0.6~0.7m/s,顶注式0.7~0.8m/s,中间式0.6~0.7m/s。该模拟结果可作为指导铸造生产的重要依据。
Based on hydrodynamics theory and finite difference method, using numerical simulation by Viewcast software and experiments, pouring rates on gravity casting with three pouring methods, including bottom gating system, middle gating system and top gating system, were investigated. Through simulation results, proper pouring rates of the bottom gating system are 0.6-0.7 m/s, the top gating system 0.6-0.7 m/s, the middle gating system 0.6-0.7 m/s. The simulation results could be used to guide the foundry process.
