摘要
论述了固溶处理和时效处理对双相不锈钢中σ相析出规律的影响,并推荐了典型双相不锈钢2205和2507牌号优化的热处理工艺制度;根据σ相的形成特点,简要介绍了关于σ相析出数学模型建立的基本理论和步骤;并对国内外该技术的发展状况做了综合性的评述。
Effects of solution treatment and isothermal aging on sigma phase precipitation in duplex stainless steels was summarized in this paper, and the optimum heat treatment techniques for the typical grade of duplex stainless steels 2 205 and 2 507 were proposed. According to the characteristic of sigma phase precipitation, the fundamental theory and steps for modeling of sigma phase precipitation were briefly introduced. Meanwhile, the latest research progress in this field at home and abroad was also discussed.
