两种手术方法治疗混合痔影响患者术后舒适度比较研究

A comparison research of the influence on the patient postoperative comfort for two surgical ways in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid

目的:比较两种手术方法(混合痔外剥内扎术和芍倍注射术)对术后患者舒适度的影响,目的为了降低术后并发症,使患者舒适。方法:将408例混合痔患者按入院先后顺序随机分为两组:甲组229例、乙组179例,分别用两种方法治疗,于术后24～72 h观察比较两组主要影响舒适度的术后并发症、患者满意度、手术时间、健康教育时间等情况。结果:两组间术后并发症、手术时间、患者满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:芍倍注射术各组临床及护理指标明显优于外剥内扎术各组。

Objectlve：Comparing operation ways＇ （Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy and Shaobei Injection）effect on the patients, postoperative comfort in order to reduce the postoperative complications and promote the patients＇comfort. Methods： 408 patients of mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups according to their hospitalization time. Group A（229 cases）and group B （179cases） undergo two methods. The details of the postoperative complications which affected the comfort,the patient satisfaction index, the operating time and the health education time were compared between the two groups during 24 to 72 hours after the operation. Results： Postoperative complications, the operating time and the patient satisfaction index between the two groups were all statically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical and nursing index of the Shaobei injection is significantly higher than that of the groups in the treatment of Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.
