测量粉粒体物料水分的电导式水分仪

An electric conductivity moisture meter for measuring moisture contents in granular materials

电导式水分仪是利用粉粒体物料所含水分与其导电性之间的关系测定粉粒体物料的水分。仪器采用交流信号激励，取得与粉粒体物料电导成比例的信号，经信号变换处理电路后，由表头显示水分含量。实验表明，该仪器具有良好的线性，可准确地反映粉粒体物料的水分含量。

The measurement principle of electric conductivity moisture meter is based on the relationship that the electric conductivity of a granular material is in proportion to its moisture content. The electric conductivity of granular material is obtained by the excitation of the conductivity cell with alternating signal and the moisture content is displayed directly. Erperimental results show that the instrument has good linearity and can reflect moisture contents of granular materials accurately
