胎膜早破与难产的临床处理 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解胎膜早破难产发生率、原因及处理。方法:随机抽取健康孕妇193例对照。结果:早破组孕妇难产87例,发生率45%;对照组孕妇难产发生37例,难产发生率19%。结论:胎膜早破难产的发生率明显高于对照组。胎膜早破组剖宫产是83例,剖宫产率是43.0%例,对照组剖宫产36例,剖宫产率18.6%,胎膜早破组的剖宫产率明显高于对照组。胎膜早破是难产发生的信号,一旦出现胎膜早破应加强临床观察,警惕难产的发生。
