摘要
研究了紫外光激发饱和脂肪酸-乙醇溶液的荧光光谱特征,得到了光谱特征参数随激发光波长和溶液中饱和脂肪酸体积分数改变的变化规律,分析了荧光产生的机理.结果表明,饱和脂肪酸-乙醇溶液有明显的荧光发射,其峰位为327,401nm,分别对应最佳激发光波长为293,309nm.327nm荧光峰的强度随激发光波长呈高斯分布;固定照射溶液的激发光波长时,伴随其体积分数的增加,荧光强度先增强,后发生浓度猝灭,强度减弱.研究结果能为饱和脂肪酸的结构分析与食用价值研究提供参考.
The fluorescence spectral characteristics of saturated fatty acids-ethanol solution excited by UV light are studied in detail, and the emission mechanism is analyzed as well. The change rules of the fluorescence spectral parameters along with the wavelength of excitation light and the concentration of the sloution are obtained. There are two obvious fluorescence peaks located at 327 nm and 401 nm, and the optimal excitation wavelengths of them are 293 nm and 309 nm, respectively. The fluorescence intensity of 327 nm appears as the Gaussian distribution with the wavelength of the excitation light; it increases as the content of saturated fatty acid varies from 1% to 7%, and then the intensity decreases. The results can be for reference on analyzing the structure of saturated fatty acid and studying its edible value.
