摘要
为了进行陶瓷材料在高温下摩擦磨损性能的研究,对原有MPX—2000型盘销式摩擦磨损试验机进行了增设加热装置的改装工作。改装后进行了稳定性试验和高温下的摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,改装后试验机的试验重现性较高,温度控制较好。
To research ceramic material's property of friction and wear at high temperature, the authors added a heating apparatus to the MPX-2000 tester which was pin on disk model and used for testing friction and wear. The stability of the tester after the reequiping and the friction and wear at high temperatures were tested. The results showed that the reeqiping works were successed.
