运用系统分析方法分别从林业统计调查标准、林业统计调查指标、林业统计调查方法、林业统计调查数据质量管理、林业统计调查组织保障、林业统计调查法制保障和林业统计调查办公自动化几方面对中国林业统计调查体系进行深入分析,立足于中国林业统计调查体系的历史沿革及发展现状的研究,指出中国林业统计调查体系的不足之处,提出加强林业统计调查标准化、完善林业统计调查指标体系、改进林业统计调查方法、加快林业统计调查法制建设、提高现代办公技术在林业统计调查中的利用率等完善中国林业统计调查体系的对策建议。

Based on the research of the history and the development of China＇s forestry statistical survey system, This study which use the method of Systems Analysis deep research the problems of China＇s forestry statistical survey system from the forestry statistical survey standards, forestry survey statistical target, forestry statistical survey methods, forestry statistical survey data quality management, forestry statistical survey organizations protection, legal protection and office automation, in order to understand the shortage of China＇s forestry statistical survey system. At the basis of the above we put forward countermeasures and proposals to improve China＇s forestry statistical survey system, including enhance the forestry statistical survey standardization, improve the forestry statistical survey target system, perfect the forestry statistical survey methods, speed up the forestry statistical survey legal system, improve the forestry statistical survey system utilization of modem office technology.
