基于RT9266的手机液晶显示器偏压电源的设计与实现

摘要 在叙述升压型DC-DC变换器RT9266的内部结构及其工作原理的基础上,针对手机LCD对偏压电源的需求特性,采用RT9266变换集成电路设计并实现了手机LCD偏压电源,并探讨了RT9266外围元件的选取与参数选择,以搭接设计电路的形式对电路进行了验证,实验证明:该电路能够输出恒定的电压,可稳定地点亮手机液晶显示屏。 On the basis of detailing inside configuration and work principle of the step-up DC-DC converter RT9266, the authors have designed LCD power supply for mobile phone using converter RT9266 in according to the characteristic of LCD power supply for mobile phone, and have detailed the choose and preferences of periphery element of RT9266. We have also validated our design through linking the designed circuit. It is proved through experiment that this circuit is able to give an invariableness output voltage, and stably lighten LCD of mobile phone.
