Characteristics of Occupational Hazards and Proposal of Management Strategy in TFT-LCD Manufacturing

摘要 目的调查薄膜晶体管液晶显示器件(TFT-LCD)制造中作业人员的操作特点、接触职业危害种类,提出有关职业卫生管理建议。方法对TFT-LCD制造的生产流程、职业危害及接触状况和职业卫生防护措施的资料,进行收集整理。结果对化学物质、设备安全、操作人员安全、教育培训和应急救援等方面,提出适当和有效的职业卫生管理策略。结论TFT-LCD制造中职业危害是可以预防和控制的。 Objective To investigate the worker's operating characteristics and exposed occupational hazards in TFT- LCD manufacturing. Methods The flow-chart of technical procedure, the qualitative and quantitative data of occupational hazards at workplaces and available preventive measures in TFT-LCD manufacturing were collected and analyzed. Results The occupational health work on chemical safety, facility safety, worker's training on safety operation, emergency rescue is not appropriate. The advice on improvement was presented. Conclusion Occupational hazards in TFT-LCD manufacturing could be controllable and preventable.
