政府科技投入与区域经济增长的关系:基于甘肃省1990～2004年数据的实证分析

The Relationship Between Regional Economic Growth and Expenditure for Science & Technology:An Empirical Analysis Based on the Data of Gansu Province from 1990 to 2004

利用甘肃省1990-2004年的有关数据，对甘肃省政府科技投入与经济增长的关系进行了实证研究．研究结果表明，甘肃省科技投入与GDP之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系；从长期来看，GDP与科技投入之间存在双向的Granger因果关系；从短期来看，GDP与科技投入之间只存在单向因果关系．

Based on the data of Gansu Province from 1990 to 2004, this paper analyzes the relationship between economic growth and expenditure for science ＆ technology. The research results show that there is a long run stabile equilibrium relationship between GDP and expenditure for science ＆ technology, GDP and expenditure for science ＆ technology have the long run bidirectional Granger causality and the short run unilateral Granger causality.
