摘要
报道了在微波辅助下无需过渡金属参与而用有机小分子1,4-二氮杂二环[2.2.2]辛烷(简写为DABCO)催化硫酚与碘苯的偶联反应,并对反应的催化剂、溶剂、微波反应的温度及时间进行优化,得出最佳反应条件为:以甲苯为介质,DABCO为催化剂加热到120℃下反应20 min.文中合成了14种高产率(80%-99%)的芳硫醚,并通过1H NMR1、3C NMR及元素分析对产物结构进行表征,结果表明该方法高效快速、条件温和、操作简单、对环境友好(相对过渡金属而言).
In microwave-assisted, the coupling reaction of thiophenol With aryl iodide by 1,4- diazabicyclo[2. 2. 2] octane (abbreviated as DABCO) catalyzed and without any transition-meta participation by the first was reported. In microwave-assisted, the reaction had tried for the catalyst, solvent, reaction temperature and time MV. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: in toluene as medium, the DABCO as catalyst heated to 120℃ reaction 20 mini synthesized 14 species in high yields (80% - 99%) of the aryl sulfide, and 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis of the product structures were characterized. The reaction simple and under mild conditions, and it was environmentally friend, and the catalyst can be recycled in some cases. The DABCO catalyzed reaction were pointed out.
