摘要
本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对我国体育经纪人进行历史回顾,并对当前我国体育经纪人发展和生存环境进行分析,探究目前存在的问题,建议:国家和政府应在宏观环境上给予支持和监督,鼓励并促进体育经纪人发展;促进媒体市场的市场化运作;构建"体育经纪人—运动员—观众"体系,提高体育经纪人的素质和能力等。
The methods of literature and logical analysis were used to analyze the history of sports agent in China and both the living and developing circumstance, in order to study the present problems. It considers that the government should support and supervise the sports agents macroscopically; push the marketing management of media; set up the "sports agents--athletes--audience" system; improve the quality and professional knowledge of sports agents.
