摘要 垒球是智慧与技术融合的项目,垒球训练的历史从垒球竞赛出现后就已经开始了。现代垒球训练到今天已经发展了50余年。50年来,垒球训练从无到有;从简单的技术改进,到多种训练方法和手段的运用;从单纯的追求游戏性到注重技战术与力量的结合;从注重发展运动员的技术到强调体能和专项能力的并重发展。简单的说,垒球训练的发展同人们对于垒球项目的本质的认识紧密联系。随着人们对于垒球运动本质的更深入的研究和认识,垒球训练的发展也进入到了一个新的阶段。对于我们垒球工作者来说,最重要的一点,是我们应当具备更为深刻的和科学的观念,对垒球运动训练的认识应当建立在科学的思维方式基础上是十分重要的。因此,研究和分析世界垒球发展趋势,对于今后更好的把握训练的方向有重要的意义。 Softball is the wisdom and technology integration projects, training baseball history after emerging from the softball competition has already begun. Modern softball training today has developed more than 50 years. With regard to the nature of softball more in-depth study and understanding of the development of softball training has also entered into a new stage. Softball our workers, the most important point is that we should have a more profound and scientific concepts, softball awareness training should be built on the basis of the scientific way of thinking, this is very important. As a result, research and analysis of trends in the development of softball in the world for the better in the future to grasp the direction of the training is very important.
