摘要
整车开发是技术密集型产业,并已在全球范围内实现合作,因此整车开发风险控制具有十分重要的研究意义和实证价值。文章在理论研究的基础上,结合实践经验,综合定性与定量分析,主要提出了整车开发过程中的一般风险控制方法体系。在建立"预控"、"系统"及"创新"的控制理念基础上,结合图解评审技术GERT给出了整车开发风险控制的数学模型,对整车开发过程中进度和费用的风险进行了描述,为决策者提供了整车开发的风险控制方法和依据。
Complete vehicle development is a technology-intensive industry, and has realized global cooperation. Risk control of complete vehicle development has very important value on research and practice. Combined theory with practical experience, integrated qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, a common method of risk control system in the complete vehicle development process is put forward in this paper. After establishing the concepts of "pre-control", "systematic", "innovative", the mathematical model of risk control on the development process is laid out through GERT(Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique), which can help to analyze the risks on progress and cost. It provides methods and basis of complete vehicle development process risk control for decision-makers
