乏脂肪肾错构瘤与小肾癌的螺旋CT诊断鉴别

Lack of fat renal angiomyolipoma of renal cell carcinoma and small spiral CT differential diagnosis

目的：评价螺旋CT扫描在乏脂肪肾错构瘤、小肾癌的诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实为乏脂肪肾错构瘤、小肾癌（直径〈3．0cm）17例螺旋CT资料，其中乏脂肪肾错构瘤9例，小肾癌8例。结果：CT诊断为肾癌12例，错构瘤4例，炎性假瘤1例，其中误诊6例，与病理相符合11例，诊断准确率为64．7％。结论：利用螺旋CT观察病灶的密度、边缘及强化特点等特征性表现，对术前确立病灶性质的诊断具有较高的准确性。

Objective ：To evaluate the spiral CT scan in the lack of fat renal angiomyolipoma,small renal cell carcinoma diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital by surgery and pathology proved to be poor fat renal angiomyolipoma,small renal cell carcinoma（diameter 〈3.0 cm） 17 cases of spiral CT data ,one of lack of fat renal angiomyolipoma with 9 cases ,8 cases of small renal cell carcinoma. Results ：CT diagnosis of 12 cases of renal cell carcinoma ,4 eases of hamartoma ,inflammatory pseudotumor of example 1 ,one of 6 cases of misdiagnosis ,in line with the 11 cases of pathology ,diagnostic accuracy was 64.7%. Conclusion ：The observation of spiral CT lesion density,the edge and enhance the performance of the characteristic features of the lesions to establish the nature of preoperative diagnosis with high accuracy.
