移相全桥型零电压软开关电路谐振过程的研究

Research on Resonant Courses of Phase shift Full bridge Zero voltage switching PWM Converter

介绍了移相全桥型零电压软开关电路的原理。采用等效变换法分析了电路中存在的两种不同谐振过程，得出了实现零电压开关的条件；给出了在一台单相交流２２０Ｖ输入、－４８Ｖ１．５ｋＷ输出的通信电源上的实验结果。

The paper intoduces the principle of phase shift full bridge zero voltage switching PWM converter.By analysing two different resonant courses in the circuit with the method of equivalent transformation,the conditions to achieve ZVS is obtained,and experimental results on a 220V AC input,-48V 1.5kW output SMPS are given.
