正交优化设计法在研制耐温、阻燃、绝缘导轨中的应用

摘要 以胶粘剂的机械强度、胶粘剂—玻璃纤维复合板的阻燃性作为性能指标,采用正交优化设计法,对绝缘导轨的胶粘剂配方进行优化选择。同时考虑高温、高压、绝缘等特殊的使用环境,修正优化配方。最后研制出具有拉伸强度367MPa、氧指数60、耐压294MV/m、耐电痕性25kV级及烧蚀前后表面电阻分别为1012Ω、105Ω的复合绝缘导轨。 The calculating method of orthogonaloptimization design has been used to choose the resin formula for railgun bore composite insulator.In the calculating program,the resin mechanical strength and composite material's flameretardant are used as the goal parameters.An one meter length by 2cm diameter bore of insulating rail has been fabricated by this resin with glassfiber.The experimental results show that the insulator has 10 12 Ω(before tested),10 5 Ω(after tested)surface resistance,breakdown voltage is 29.4MV/m,tracking index is 2.5kV,tension strength is 36.7MPa and reach oxygen index is 60.Compared with G9,G10 merit materials,which have been used for the rail,this composite material is perfect for the electromagnetric gun rail.
