This article discuss how to lower the curing shrinkage internal stress and freezing shrinkage internal stress of the product to prevent its cracking resulted from curing and freezing shrinkage, to maintain the excellent insulating performance of the solidified potting materials beth in ordinary temperature and in freezing conditions, focused on the influence of the variety and addition level of resin, plasticizer, filler and solidifier.
