目前中国进行的社区建设是舶来品,然而社区文化不能完全也是舶来品。中西方社区建设的发端及文化传统不同,加之中国传统乡土社区文化在当代社会的顽强生命力,都决定了中国现代社区文化需要根植于传统社区文化。只有积极发掘乡土社区文化的当代作用,兼收并蓄多种营养成分,中国现代社区文化才能茁壮成长。
