“思想道德修养与法律基础”课程教学存在的问题和对策

Problems Existing in the Course Teaching of ＂Cultivation of Ethic Thought and Fundamentals of Law＂ and the Countermeasures

使用全国高校统一的“思想道德修养与法律基础”课新教材进行教学已经实施几年，取得一定的成效。但是，在“思想道德修养与法律基础”课的教学实践中，仍有一些问题亟待解决。本文从“思想道德修养与法律基础”课教学实践中存在的问题进行分析，并从教育观念、教学教材、教学内容、教学方法、教学环节、考核办法和师资培训等方面提出了如何改进教学的措施和对策。

The new teaching materials of ＂Cultivation of Ethic Thought and Fundamentals of Law＂ have been put into use in all universities and colleges within the country. Reasonable achievement and effectiveness have been made. However, in the practise of teaching ＂Cultivation of Ethic Thought and Fundamentals of Law＂, some problems have been found. This paper analy- zes these problems and proposes countermeasures to attack these problems from the perspectives of education notion, teaching materials, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching procedures, assessments and evaluation, and teacher training.
