摘要
对高职院校师资队伍的数量、结构、教育观念、师德师风等方面的问题进行分析,并参照高职人才培养水平评估体系的要求和近年来高职教育发展的实际,提出了师资队伍建设努力的方向和解决问题的对策。
This paper analyzes the quality, structure, education and teachers＇moral and style of teaching staff of higher vocational colleges, referring to the evaluation system of talent training for higher vocational colleges and current situation of higher Vocational edueation, the development trend of teaching staff and corrensponding measures are put forward.
