摘要
文章以"水价三重构成理论"为模型,以用水户的承受能力为基础,逆推法确定资源水价上限,并用水资源的有用性和稀缺性进行修正,得出资源水价,并给出实例。
Based on three-part water pricing model and water users' enduring capacity, the paper gives water price of resource, upper limit of which calculated in reverse and revised by the serviceability and exiguity. At last it gives an example.
