摘要
文章基于钢管漏磁检测的基本原理,对钢管漏磁检测系统进行了系统设计。针对该系统的特点设计了高速数据采集板,借助Windows系统平台,采用虚拟设备驱动技术实时控制,详细叙述了漏磁信号数据分析方法的过程。
The magnetic flux leakage inspection system of pipe based on the fundamental principle is designed in the paper. The high-speed data acquisition board is deigned by VXD techniques in the Windows enviroment, the method and process of data analysis are described in detail.
