摘要 通过固相反应烧结法制备了PSN、PSLN陶瓷,对样品进行XRD分析,发现有超晶格衍射峰,说明B位离子部分有序。研究了不同频率下样品的介电常数随温度的变化情况,发现介电常数表现出明显的频率色散性,相变为弥散相变,但Tm随频率变化不大。PSLN四元系的Tm较三元系PSN低。 PSN,PSLN ceramics were prepared through solid reaction sintering. The structure order characteristics of the ceramics were examined with XRD. Temperature dependence in various frequencies of dielectric constant of the PSN,PSLN ceramics were presented. It is demonstrated that the temperature of maximum dielectric constant Tm is almost indepentent of frequency, while the temperature dependence of the dielectric constant still exhibits frequency dispersion which is the characteristic of diffuse phase transition. Tm of PSLN is lower than that of PSN.
