“加压气浮+水解酸化+SBR”工艺在中药制药废水处理中的应用

Treatment of Wastewater from Pharmaceutical Industry by the way of "Pretreatment+Hydrolysis and Acidification+SBR"

采用"加压气浮+水解酸化+SBR"工艺处理制药厂废水,处理量为3000m3/d,COD cr、BOD5、SS去除率分别为97.2%、99.3%和98%。出水均达到国家污水综合排放一级标准。

We use ＂ pressurization DAF ＋ hydrolysis and acidification ＋ SBR＂ to treat pharmaceutical wastewater , the capacity of wastewater is 3000m3/d,and the removal rate of CODcr, BOD5,SS are 97.2% ,99.3% ,98% respectively. The concentration of wastewater can reach the first degree of national wastewater discharge integrated standard.
