摘要
本文描述了一种计算绕线式异步电动机起动电阻的新解析法。通过同传统的解析法比较,说明了新解析法的优越性。它能提高计算精度,减少起动级数以降低设备成本,减小最大总电阻值以降低能耗,还能充分利用起动转矩和电流的允许值来加快起动过程。
This paper presented the new analytic method for calculating the series resistance of asynchronous motor under the starting condition. The advantages of the new analytic method were illustrated by comparing with traditional one. The new method can raise the accuracy of calculation. It may decrease the amount of starting levels to reduce equipment cost and bring down the waste by lowering the value of maximum resistance. It will make full use of the allowable value of torque and current in starting process to speed up the process.
