摘要
研究了五相混合式步进电动机的隔相五边形驱动方式,分析了电机的运行特性,解释了这种驱动方式抑制电机中频振荡的机理.实验结果表明,与典型的五相星接半桥驱动相比,这种驱动方式不但对电机的中频振荡起到了一定的抑制作用,而且还可以提高电机在中频段的牵出转矩.
A phase interlaced pentagon drive mode for 5 phase hybrid stepping motors is presented, its operation characteristics are analyzed, and the principle of restraining the oscillation in the middle of frequency band is explained. For 5 phase hybrid stepping motors, experiments show that the suggested drive mode compared with the typical star bipolar drive method not only restrains the oscillation but also increases the pull out torque in the middle of frequency band.
