摘要本文通过对我国国家高新区区域创新系统的网络组织构成分析,构建了不同结构形态下的网络组织结构演变模型,并运用结构洞理论,从知识流动角度剖析了国家高新区网络组织的区域集聚创新机理和发展机制,提出了基于网络组织结构优化和要素互补的国家高新区区域创新发展战略。 The thesis studied the network structure of National Science Parks with Social Network Analysis, constructed evolvement model of different network structure forms, and analyzed the conglomerated innovation mechanism from the perspective of knowledge flow. Meanwhile, several pieces of advice on development strategy of independent innovation of National Science Park were brought forward based on the optimization of network structure and complementation of factor integration.
